A funny thing happened on the way to South Ridge yesterday…
It was a beautiful day for picture taking so I drove out to one of Middlebury’s newest neighborhoods, South Ridge, to take photographs of the houses for sale and try to capture the essence of the neighborhood. Wasn’t I surprised when I crested the hill on Meadow Glen Drive to see a flock of sheep!
The sheep love the plush, green meadows, but after a while they made it home to the Perrin’s farm on Creek Road.
After a heavy, wet snowfall in our region, the sun is peaking it’s head through the clouds. It’s going to be a great weekend so get out and enjoy it! (If you’re looking for something to do in Middlebury this weekend, you won’t have to look too far. Head downtown from 2-4 and sample some chili at the 2nd Annual Middlebury Winter Carnival and Chili Contest)
